District Fees

This proposed project is located within the Bent Grass Metropolitan District boundaries. The District assesses platting and building permit fees for new development within the District Boundaries, the District also assesses a mill levy on property within the District Boundaries.

The fees for this year are as follows:

Traffic Signal Fee:

Commercial - $10,000/ACRE

Residential - $1,000/ACRE

Platting Fees:

Commercial - $5500/ACRE

Residential - $5500/ACRE

Building Permit Fees:

Commercial:

Commercial/Industrial/Other non-residential - $1.00/SQUARE FOOT

Residential:

Single Family - $500/UNIT

Multi Family - $350/UNIT
